We've owned coffee machines before but never had a coffee machine of this class before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was extremely well packaged and I was pleased to learn that the coffee bean box, drip tray and water tank are all removable. It was easy to assemble and I didn't need instructions.The first thing you notice is that this machine is made from stainless steel. It's robust and sturdy, and the build quality is high.The operation is largely touch screen and includes buttons that let you choose how much coffee you're grinding (1 or 2 cups), how many cups you're making (1 or 2 cups), and whether you're making American or Italian coffee. You can also choose hot water only here. We use random tutorials for the posh coffee, as this is an elegant pro style, machine.There are 3 dials that control how coarse the coffee is ground, another for how long the coffee is ground (with an LCD display), and a steam dial to adjust the output from the wand (also comes with a milk frothing jug).If you're wondering about cleaning, there's a touchscreen button for that too, which allows you to choose between cleaning and descaling. The removable bean box, water tank and drip tray makes cleaning easier, plus it comes with 3 cleaning brushes.I really like the cup warmer on the top of the machine. I've seen baristas fill cups with hot water first to warm them, never knew (or realised) they could warm the cups.This is a high end product and great value at a superb price.

I bought this coffee machine in November 2024 for a Christmas present. The milk steamer has recently stopped working. I can’t seem to be able to contact anyone regarding this. Can the seller please contact me?

I’d advise you to read the manual if you want to get the very best out of this machine - it took me a few training brews to get it just right and when I did I was so very impressed with the functionality and total quality of this coffee machine - just brilliant at espresso, americano, hot milk, frothy milk, latte etc etc - love it !!

Amazing machine for the money.I had one little issue with the group cup, they replaced it in record time no quibbles at all.Communication is amazing,.they replied straight away..Would recommend all day long..Thank you guys.
