Light Therapy Glasses - Gen2, Australian-Made for High Safety & Efficacy, Research-Backed, Recommended by Sleep Physicians (V.A.T Exempt)

I have only had these for a week so will update this review later. These were recommended to me by my sleep clinic - which is one of the top sleep clinics in the UK - to treat my sleep issue.What can I tell you? - the product itself seems very nicely made and is a clean design. It comes with a sturdy zipper shell case with the glasses inside - and with a charging cable and I think a soft sleeve for the glasses (not bothered with this yet) and instructions. The instructions are easy to follow and the product is easy to use - it's either on "half power" or "full power" and then it's just case of how long you wear them for and when (covered in the instructions).The glasses themselves are light enough when wearing them and are nicely made. The nose rest can be adjusted to move the glasses into the correct position on you face. The green LEDs are quite bright which reduces your visiblity slightly (at least in a darker room since it's winter here in the UK so dark in the morning) when wearing them- it's quite possible to work at a laptop when wearing them and to (carefully) drink a coffee however. This is only an issue when wearing them however - and it's obvious since you have slightly bright LEDs shining into your face - that your ability to see in a darker room is reduced!The effect - it's too early to give a good opinion on this as I have only just started, but I think my mood does seem lifted and my sleep is becoming slightly more regular. I will update in a month or so.Apart from that the only other thing to mention was that the glasses are made in South Australia - so it's nice to buy an Australian product and support a Commonwealth country.

I’ve had these SAD glasses for over 4 years and I have to say I am so impressed how well they work for me. I’m equally impressed that these glasses stand the test of time as there isn’t many electrical equipment that lasts very long these days.I love the sunshine and after living in sunnier climates I really struggled when I moved back to uk. I now religiously use these glasses every winter and it totally lifts my mood. I can’t recommend enough. In fact, the only reason I’m writing a review is because I came onto recommend to friend and I just wanted to get weblink.

Need to be rethought, they are too annoying to wear. Some better options around.

I suffer from SAD; the instructions say c. 21days to help & I am on 14 so I don't know yet. They are very well designed & made so I have high hopes!

In the literature it says not suitable for people with Bipolar, this is not mentioned in the on line literature (elipepsy is). I have chosen to try it ...but cautiously.

I've had these for almost 3 years now and they are so easy to use. I use them for around 30 minutes each morning, sometimes even in the Summer and the charge lasts at least 2 weeks.I place a piece of cotton wool on the bridge part of my nose whilst using or it leaves a mark on my skin.Love how portable these are. Doesn't stop you doing things. Just make sure you have the lights on in the house whilst using or it will be dark and you'll bump into things!Lightweight and comfortable. Might not suit be small faces though.

For as long as I can remember (I'd say since 5 or 6 years old - i.e. for around 50 years now), my body has wanted to fall asleep at 3 a.m. and wake up at 10.30-11 a.m.. Because life doesn't work like that, I have been constantly exhausted (having to get up at 7ish for work, being knackered all day, but then being unable to fall asleep before 3 a.m., no matter what I tried).I read about ReTimer and thought that with the 60-day no-obligation trial it had to be worth a go. It took about three weeks of very gradually adjusting my timings and using the ReTimer for an hour after waking every day, but now - MIRACULOUSLY - I can fall asleep by 11 - 11.30 pm, and when the alarm goes off at 7 a.m. I feel like a living human being rather than like someone who has been raised from the dead against their will. The difference to my life is massive. Everything, from work to exercise and even relaxing, is unrecognisably easier and more pleasant.

I have suffered from lack of sleep for a long time. I bought this product in the hope that its use would enable me to sleep better , however nothing has changed and I still have to put up with a fragmented sleep pattern. This product is probably suitable for those who travel very frequently and need to make to make quick adjustments . For those with a poor quality of sleep it may prove to be an expensive mistake .
