Good product from a reliable brand.

I think as this contains 100mg of ubiquinol (the reduced form of Co-Enzyme Q10) as opposed to ubiquinone (the oxidised and cheaper form most commonly found in Q10 supplements), it explains why I felt it more effective than other q10 supplements I've tried. It also contains Trans-GG, which I'd never heard of before but it is an intermediate in the synthesis of Vitamin E and K. I liked this supplement but found the price a little high for 30 capsules but I guess you pay for what you get. Would recommend.

There is research available as to the benefits of CoQ10 so do your own research to see if this supplement is for you particularly if you are on medication.There are 30 days supply in the pack which are easy to swallow capsules with no negative effects. I take CoQ10 as I find it gives me a boost of energy to focus and get things done and I procrastinate much less during the day. It has other benefits too so those are just a bonus for me.The capsules contain gelatin so would be unsuitable for Vegans and Vegeterians.They appear to be a good quality supplement which I am happy to take.

But boy are these impressive.Youth and Earth as a brand, came into my hemisphere about two years ago, when I was trying their NMN, and I’ve always been really impressed with their innovation and research and quality of supplements. I also love their tagline which unafraid to age.I take COQ10 on a daily basis. And I have done for 10 years. It’s benefits are well researched and my cardiovascular health and mitochondrial health are better supported for taking. Therefore, I’m always looking for high quality better bioavailability and so these intrigued me.As I advise my clients, no supplement will give you an instant lift or feel in immediate effect. However, I would have to say that I could definitely feel the gearshift on taking these. I do not say that lightly because I am always nervous about people thinking that this is a magic bullet. It’s not, but it could be part and parcel of a way of looking after your mitochondrial health better.Thanks for the intro to these Youth & Earth. I would happily buy these again.

I have read a lot of good things about CoQ10 as a supplement so when it was offered to me, I figured I'd give it a go. The capsules this comes as are easy to take and I have not noticed any negatives from taking it. The problem is that it is not a cheap supplement, and I also have not noted any positive effects either.So overall if the price is not an object, then it may be worth giving a try, but i for one found no benefit from it.
