Quality Ultra short throw projector.
I bought this ultra short throw projector as an upgrade from an Epson long throw TW7000.I have always been pleased with the Epson it fills a 130 inch screen and is very easy to setup. The downside was it required a dark room and compared to the Hisense colours are subdued. The immediate impression you get with the Hisense is the brightness of the picture and the intensity of the colours.I found it needed very little tweaking to achieve the colour balance I like. The settings menu is intuitive and user friendly and can be altered to suit the input or programme type.I had concerns that my screen a white celexon tab tensioned gain 1.1 is not ALR would not give a good picture but no problem.Unlike the Epson I don't need a totally dark room to get a very nice picture, colours will intensify with Increased darkness but experimenting with localised room lighting improves black levels and contrast.I have a full surround sound dolby atmos Marantz sound system which I use most of the time but have found the inbuilt sound perfectly adequate for those times when something simpler is OK, like watching sport.Ultra short throw brings the expected issues to resolve, the projector is less forgiving of any screen ripple and I have had to play around with the screen tab tensioning, long throw is much more forgiving in this respect.Overall the improved picture quality in terms of colour and brightness is a trade off with the intolerance re screen flatness but in my view worth it.Squaring up the image and keystone is more difficult than with the Epson but not a game changer and soon mastered. In terms of value for money I think the Hisense is exceptional I was expecting to pay 3 times the cost to get this level of performance. The laser eye projection is frustrating when you first set the projector image as it shuts the laser off to protect your eyes but triggering it is unavoidable during the set up procedure.Later once set up you discover this feature can be disabled. In conclusion this is my 5th projector and providing it gives its expected life span the best yet.

Home cinema experience
This is my first ultra short throw laser projector. This is awesome. I’m not using any screen at the moment and the quality is good for my taste and I know it’ll be much better with a compatible screen.Image size is 110” with my setup and can be up to 130” which is huge.Software is quite good, all the streaming apps are in there. Tons of adjustments for the image quality.Speakers are okay but I’m using with surround system for better audio experience. Device is also running quietly.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

Not SOLD BY AMAZON - Seller can not be contacted - Manufacturer unwilling to help.
The projector had been assembled missaligned so no HDMI cables could be inserted. For some reason all the listings from The Projection Center Ltd appeared (at time of writing) as Sold By Amazon. Was only when I contacted Amazon that I was told to contact the seller direct. Tried to call the seller direct but phone would only ring 3 times then disconect. Looking on google street view this seller is based in a tiny premises in London that according to Companies House has a lot of businesses registered there. The unit is also a European import as confirmed by contact with Highsense (and the inclusion of a EU power lead instead of a British one). Also the phone number for Highsense will only get you tec support, and they refuse to give out any other number for their company, so impossible to speak to anyone with any authority. So I have no idea how good or bad the prouct may be? But all the hours spent trying to fix the mess makes it hard to recommend

User friendly
Very impressed with UST abilities.Straight out the box you can watch your movies.Picture settings require fine adjusting to get the best out of it.Detail is so fine the make up znd wardrobe depth need to pull their socks up, because this thing shows all the shortcomings.Excellent piece of equipment.Very user friendly. It's my fourth projector, but first UST. Wish I'd gotten one sooner.

Fabulous picture, quiet projector
It took me about an hour to adjust the picture settings to my liking. I used a test image from my laptop initially then a movie from a well-known streaming service to finely set the saturation, contrast and brightness. The saturation was factory set to be far too high making skin tones look unnatural but I soon had those dialled in. I project onto a dove grey supermatt emulsion painted wall. The blacks are decent and the image is cinematic in character rather than TV like.I put the projector on a shelf that is on runners so it can tuck away when not in use.I did many hours of research before buying this projector and I've owned several projectors before. I thoroughly recommend this projector.

Should make sure you have a UST Screen for full potential
I had the wrong screen, and this made it very hard to set up. Then I researched and found out I needed a better screen. This would have saved me a lot of work, as when I got the new screen, it was simple and looked FANTASTIC.

Great picture quality, intuitive interface.
Great picture quality, a lot of important aplications already preinstalled, easy to connect to the wifi, great TV alternative. And you can put it in a commode drawer if you don’t use it. Try to do the same with 📺 😃
