My 11 year old son has played soccer for several years. He went through a huge growth spurt over the summer and has been complaining about various aches and pains so this season I anticipated the feet being an issue this year. I purchased various kinds of comfort products for his cleats and when he started complaining we sat down and tried them out.The gel padded shoe inserts were a great idea because they seemed to solve the immediate concern which was blisters from shoe rub on the back of the heel and pain in the bottom of his heel. However, the pads didn't fit correctly because of how the back of the cleats are shaped. So, small areas of the sticky side were exposed. The grass and dirt stuck to it and prevented them from staying put.So I though, "what about a thin nylon sock that has the padding on the inside?" Well, the nylon foot sleeves were comfortable to wear, but made his foot slide around inside the shoe, crushing his toes every time he took a step. If you've ever worn pantyhose with shoes that are just a little too big you'll know what I'm talking about. So I had him put his soccer socks on over the nylon sleeves but same thing happened.Then, I found these. Best of both worlds! The thickness of the material is perfect and the hell on the inside is thin enough to be comfortable but thick enough to provide cushion. The shape of the gel inside the sock sleeve mirrors the back and bottom of the foot so no uncomfortable drop off from edges of the material (like stepping on something. That's what the nylon ones were like because the gel was shapped to match the shoe, not the foot) The sock material is thin enough to wear under his soccer socks too so it doesn't take up a bunch of room in his shoe (no need to get a bigger shoe size to accommodate the sleeve).He loved these the minute he put them on. After practice that night he said he completely forgot he had them on and there was no pain.He has practice twice a week with games on the weekends, so the fact you get two pair makes this a great purchase.

My son has heel pains. We’ve tried tapping, heel cups and insoles. Overall these have worked well for him. He still has pain but not has bad. It has nice cushioning.The quality is ok. It came with 2 sets and the set he is wearing is unraveling a little on the foot.

Great size for kids but the gel in the sock gave my daughter a terrible rash. Wear a sock then this heel cushion.

This is an AMAZING product! My daughter has severe eczema on her hands, feet, knees and elbows. She has had it since she was born. Trying to keep her skin hydrated is a daily struggle. This product has literally changed her skin and our lives. She sleeps in these sport socks every night now. I put on her lotions, then vaseline and pull on these socks. It has turned her severely dry, severely cracked skin into SOFT SKIN! I can't thank you all enough for making this product. I want to urge you to make a product for the hands with the same material (the gel insert) for hands! There are some gloves sold with the gel inserts for adults only. Those would be an amazing product to go with these socks. Lastly, there are a lot of toddlers, young children with these same issues. This product could really help so many parents and children. Again, I can't say it enough, but this product is amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU!!!!!

Quality is lacking, there is barely any cushion in the heel. Definitely worth the price.

I’ve tried several varieties of these, some cheaper, some more expensive. I’ve got small feet so the kids ones fit me better than the adult. However, point is, if the heels of your feet are hurting at the end of the day, throw these over a pair of thin cotton socks and some decent sneakers and it makes a huge difference. There are so many choices of alternatives, but this brand is most comfortable between the amount of gel in cushion in the Goldilocks zone. And is discreet so people don’t notice the bulky sock like ones that make you look like your injured. Definitely sticking with this brand. Your feet will than you!

Helped my daughter drastically! She used this and a heel cup at the same time while playing.

Bought these for our little one because she was complaining of a sore heel. They worked great under her softball socks. She only used one sock on the foot causing her discomfort. I didn't feel comfortable washing them in the machine, so I wash them by hand and hang dry.
