Mussels: An Homage in 50 Recipes

Great cookbook. Gift for my husband but we've split the cooking duties in this one. I will say a great variety of recipes though that sounds crazy since they all have mussels! Working our way through the cookbook - mostly success stories. We like some better than others and have repeated a pair of recipes adding our own twists / adjustments for our palette. We do not eat enough mussels.
