The design is very user friendly, one crank to retract from hose bib, and another for the hose itself. You can get attach any other nozzle as long your using a plastic quick connect like Gardena.Very durable considering how bad the box arrived in from shipping. There was not a scratch, dent nor smug on it. Very pleased.Fast delivery, arrived 6 days in advance.Note: For quick connect to American tap, get Gardena Tap Connectors. They can connection to the Japanese standard.
