So, after just 3 weeks of taking these as an alternative to my usual brand, I can state that my gut is no better, no worse. Which is a good start!They're nicely packaged in blisters rather than the usual tub, and the pills are easy to get down. One per-day means this 30 pill pack will last you a month.My usual brand doesn't have the additional vitamins in this Healthspan product, but for the same quantity/ dosage the cost is far less... which is really the biggest thing here for me: This product costs roughly twice as much as my go-to brand, but has made no difference over the course of a month (in either a positive or negative way).The conclusion for me is, this is a great product, nicely made and nicely packaged, and certainly works. In conjunction with my daily dose of Kefir, this is keeping my otherwise volatile gut in check. Sadly, due to the high price, I'll be going back to my regular brand (which incidentally is also part of my usual Amazon subscribe and save, so even cheaper still!).But, if you are looking for a good quality product - look no further. Thumbs up.
