My Review on the Tailgate Emergency Locks Holder Compatible with Toyota FJ Cruiser 2007-2021, Aluminum Rear Door Panel Forced Door Opening Switch Bracket Accessories (Red)Pros:This item is fantastic. It's made out of aluminum, which gives it a robust and well-crafted feel.Cons:The installation instructions suggest using three small zip ties, which I believe is not ideal. This method leaves the bracket loose and could lead to long-term issues, as the zip ties may become brittle and break over time.Solution:Instead of using zip ties, I opted for a 1/2” rubber-insulated clamp, along with a small bolt and nut, to secure the bracket to the locking rod of the FJ's door handle. This approach provides a much more secure attachment to the metal rod, allowing for reliable rear door operation from the inside of the FJ.Overall:I would recommend this product.

Quick and painless mod
It fit my 2011 FJ, install was painless and quick. Does sit a bit more recessed then what the picture shows though but otherwise it is an easy mod.
