Faulty/Struggling to get refund
This product was faulty. On the first use, it deflated. It was agreed that I could return it and I was sent a QR code to return it at the post office. I took it to the post office and the QR code didn’t work. I reported it and now the seller is being difficult and not giving me a WR code to return it. They are asking for pictures of the fault (even though they already agreed the return). I have had to take the bed out of the packaging, inflate it, sleep on it and take photos. Still no sign of the return label/QR code. Do not buy from this seller! I have now reported them to Amazon.
