The amount of product in the tube received was incorrect. The tube stated that 44ml was available. When I opened the tube to use, the product was very difficult to come out, so I cut the crimped end off to get to the product I saw that there was much less than 44ml available. I have worked in the medical field so, I am aware of what 44ml should look like. I thought that there was maybe 20-25 ml available.

Here's a great bargain in a topical pain reliever.This tube of "Real Numb" anesthetic cream really works, and is very well priced. In fact, I ordered it as a numbing cream for tattooing and piercing. The reason is simple: This product has the same amount of lidocaine (5%) as the best tattoo numbing creams out there, and it's about 1/2 the price... or even more of a saving.The cream is very effective, and of course, the longer it sits on the skin the more effective it becomes. To increase effectiveness even more I wrap the area to be numbed with plastic film.I'm impressed with the quality of this product, and naturally, the great price.

The product works halfway decent but they put one little ounce in this big huge container that is full of more air than the product and you have to make sure you shake this very well otherwise you will be getting mainly water.

The tube was almost empty. Had to fold it several times before the gel came out.

Purchased this numbing gel because I assumed it would actually be a gel and have some thickness to it so I could squeeze out a small amount. What I received has the consistency of water. When I took the cap off for the first time it poured out of the tube onto the floor without it even being squeezed when I turned the tube sideways to apply some to my father’s hand. Wasted a lot of it due to this. Have to use a gauze pad to apply itNot sure if this is normal for this product or if I just received a bad batch. The price was good as I did not want to spend a lot or buy a larger size on my first time trying to use something with lidocaine in it for pain relief for my father, but if half of it ends up on the floor then there is no savings at all. It does help with pain but there is just so much waste of the product every time I try to get a small amount out of it. Needs to be in a bottle not a tube. I will not be buying this again and will look for one of their competition’s products instead that is an actual gel or cream.

This numbing cream works pretty well. I have a skin tag that I'm working on getting rid of using an over the counter freeze spray. Given it's size, it takes a week or so to do, and it's uncomfortable. What's worse is that every time I move my arm, it irritates it more. This numbing cream went to work in about 5 minutes. It didn't completely eliminate sensation in the area, but it did take the discomfort away. It lasted a while too. About an hour. I think this is great stuff to have around for minor injuries. The only ding I have for it is the size of the tube. It's too large for the amount in the tube. For that reason it's a little harder to get the amount you want. It's like working with a mostly empty tube. I would have preferred a smaller, more manageable tube filled all the way.
