Good company - Fast response about problem. Recommended replacement of suspected defective product
Contacted company when first unit would not connect to 10G devices (would only communicate with devices over 1G connection). Rapid response - "We believe there is something wrong with the 10g sfp+ card." Recommended replacement. My setup:Optical Fiber connection 10G SFP NIC installed in computer to 10G SFP Router connection. Cost for SFP 10G NIC + fiber cable was approx. $30 ($16 SFP 10G NIC-on sale, $14 3-meter Optical Fiber cable with SFP connectors - see pictures).Company (Splensun) responded promptly and advised 1st unit was probably defective. Recommended replacement - used Amazon Replace with same item - new unit arrived and works excellently - maximum 10G speeds to/from my 10G NAS (average 1+ GB/sec upload and 800-900 MB/sec download to/from NVME 980 Pro). 10GB file copied/moved in 10-15 seconds.Quality rating of defective NIC = 1, Quality rating for replacement NIC = 5.

Great price for 10GBe
Saw this 10gbe nic on sale here and grab 2 of them for testing. Upon receiving the items, it was well box and came with a low profile plate. Installed them on my proxmox server box and was detected without any issues. It's now been over a week and still working fine without any hiccups. Will definitely buy more when it comes back on sale but might be looking for a dual or quad next.

Good card, beware of driver
I use this card in my rig and I have a 10gbe network. The 10base copper cards always run so hot and reduce speed in a high-end rig amongst all the othe heat generated. Going fiber changed my world and this card is doing the job. The driver isn’t straight forward, you have to search for it so 4 stars. Once it is up and running you never have to worry about again.

Random power shutdowns
The installation and setup on my Linux server were easy and had no problems. The card worked great for a couple of weeks, and then I would get the random power cycle reboot. I went through all my hardware and thought it might be the power strip, tried different bios voltage configs, tested the power supply, etc., but the frequency of the power cycles increased. I finally removed the card and haven't had problems since. I think there is something either overheating on the card or a voltage jump that throws the safety on the power supply and resets the system. Leaving this here incase someone also runs into this problem.

Worked immediately with minimal setup.
Network card was easy to install in the PC and after connecting it to my switch via DAC it connected immediately. I cannot attest to full 10g speeds as my storage can't keep up, but I have hit over 5g so I am well pleased.
