The product broke down within 2 months. They say warranty only covers replacement and they will charge you for the visit by technician. Their whatsapp and phone support is a big scam. They are not responsive on both. My request for manager callback was royally ignored. Will not recommend the product primarily for the lack of customer empathy than anything else.On 22-aug-24 I was told that I will get a callback on next day. No one called. Followups on WhatsApp are ignored. On phone it takes 5-6 attempts to reach someone. When you are lucky to reach someone, that person will talk briefly and place the call on hold. In few seconds after being on hold the call is disconnected and you are left wondering what is going on.GUYS DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM CELLBELL. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY NON EXISTENT

very poor product in terms of quality of plastic or even ergonomicness
the chair doesn't work at all..it doesn't bend or has entire weight on the front that you'd fall if put a bit of weight on the front. Extremely poor plastic and very poor product overall. pathetic decision. please don't buy unless you have tried it yourself.
