BEST Supplement Product I have EVER found!
I have seriously tried ever supplement product on the mark from Athletic greens, to bloom, to handfuls of vitamins and pills in the morning and nothing has covered all of the bases like Beam's Core product. I'm in my mid-20's, fairly athletic/consistent in the gym, and engage in all the mid-20's activities you would expect - and I literally do not think I could survive my day-to-day without Core. I checks the boxes of all the ingredients and vitamins I generally lack in, gives me energy during the day for work or work outs, tastes amazing, and even simply makes me stay more hydrated. I just add one scoop to my water bottle every morning, blend it with my frother and I'm good to go.I rarely ever write reviews on amazon products but had to jump in for this one for how much of a genuine change in my energy levels and physical health I have seen after using this product for a bit - such a hidden gem of a company/product.

Great taste and results
I've been using Beam products for over 5 months consistently. Their Original Dream Powder has seriously changed my sleep and recovery game. The addition of Core to my routine has left me with more energy and I feel more recovered throughout the day. The taste is amazing and it's a treat instead of having to remember to take a handful of supplements. I look forward to my nightly Dream and now my Core as a midafternoon treat instead of an iced tea or coffee.I am on my feet coaching F45 classes, taking spin classes, training for my first half-marathon and working a standard 9-5 in tech -- Beam has 1000% changed my recovery strategy and I feel 10x more well-rested and ready for whatever the day demands. Cannot recommend more.

BITTER watermelon
I really wanted to like his product as it does help with energy if I take this in the morning or mid afternoon when I needed extra help. my issue beside the price tag is the fact that this have an extreme bitter after taste, its like eating fresh beets that last forever in my mouth. if you love beets mixed with watermelon then you will love this one.easy to mix, a bit too sweet for me if I follow the instruction.

Tastes good, diverse vitamins, but trouble knowing if it's right for me
This was an interesting experience. The taste wasn’t too bad overall and slightly enjoyable. It goes a lot better with ice. I found that it didn’t change anything about me though. I didn’t feel like I had more energy or that my digestion was getting better. I’ve always been an anxious person, but it didn’t help my anxiety. My mood usually aligns with my cycle. Based on the use of the product, it didn’t make a drastic difference.Based on the vitamins that this provides though, I think it’s worth a try since Americans are usually deficient in:- Magnesium: From leafy greens, nuts, dark chocolate. I don’t get enough of this to be honest. But Americans probably get enough of these unless they’re vegan. I highly recommend this product for vegans if they have trouble consuming the below:- Vitamin B12: You would get this from eggs, dairy, and meats. It’s for blood formation and for your nervous system. You probably get enough of these or easily incorporate them:- Vitamin D: egg, fish. But your cells can also produce upon exposure in the sun. If you go outside you probably don’t need a supplement since I believe being outside for 15 minutes will be sufficient.- Vitamin A: you probably get more than enough if you live in a Western country. It’s for your eyesight.- Vitamin C: drink some orange juice, eat some strawberries, or broccoli. An orange gives you enough vitamin c for a day. Vitamin C helps eliminate free radicals which is good for your immune system/ cell health.- Vitamin B6: You'd get this from poultry, fish, potatoes, chickpeas, bananas and it helps your immune system.Interesting ingredients:- Elderberry: known for helping your immune system. If it's worth anything, I haven't gotten sick while using this product and I'm notorious for getting sick easily especially with kids in the house.

SUCH A SENSATIONAL PRODUCT !
As a Beam user for a few years now, this is just another wonderful addition to their product lineup ! It tastes great - not too sweet and not too bland. It dissolves perfectly in water , both hot or cold! And it just gives me the perfect pick me up after one of my workouts.I’m definitely going to keep buying !! Thank you BEAM !!

Watermelon-ish, but off flavor, and I think a bit pricey.
I find this to be an interesting drink mix. It is designed to support the immune system and contains many ingredients typically found in supplements/mixes that do the same (i.e., vitamin C, zinc, elderberry, etc.), but it also contains a mix of mushrooms, ashwagandha, CoQ10, and Mucuna Pruriens (a.k.a. cowhage). So it seems that this isn’t just an immune support mix, but targeting other aspects of wellness. The mix comes as a powder in a resealable, foil lined pouch. There is an included scoop inside that has a long handle on it, which makes it easy to portion out one serving (there are about 30 servings per pouch). It is non-GMO, gluten free, vegan, dairy free, and contains no added sugar (I think mainly using monk fruit for a sweetener). The flavor is supposed to be watermelon and I think it is watermelon-ish, but there are some odd flavors. I think the Himalayan sea salt and beet root powder may be the cause of the odd flavor imparted on this drink mix, but it isn’t terrible. I would say that a stronger flavor, like a berry, would have paired better than watermelon (citrus is the other flavor, which may do better). Besides the off flavor, the price is rather steep (without looking, I had guessed it would cost about 1/3 - ¼ of what it does). I guess if you plan to drink this mix in place of multiple other supplements, the cost may make sense.
