Not as good as the older worx models
Had the mower for 4 months. Gets stuck on multiple obstacles, constantly gets stuck if it picks up a cone from a fir tree. Has now started to simply not get back to the charger. Very disappointing as I have multiple worx mowers and the older versions are great

Wish I could give it 0 stars
To say this was a disaster would be understating it. After an initial cost of £2500k for the largest model, wr also invested a further £750 to get the lawn ready - professionally cut very low so that the machine would glide effortlessly over it.We followed installing instructions to the letter (it is important to note that they are not very precise or very helpful). The lawnmower connected and mapped the lawn. Then it moved 2m and stopped. Return to base. Call customer service. Write to customer service. Apparently we needed a WiFi extender. Purchased wife extender. Start all over again - same result. Contacted customer service again. No response. And again. No response. Now - 3 months down the line- we have a paddock instead of a lawn, an expensive, useless garden decorating trinket and tons of aggravation. Unless your hobby is to write scathing reviews or correspond with ghost customer service avoid at all costs.
