Strongest walker I have ever had
What a fantastic walker. Easy to assemble, strong and sturdy like none other that I have used. If I could rate it a ten I would. I’m 77 years old and I believe I should not have to replace.

NO STARS - I HAVE SPOKEN TO 4 DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES, THE 1ST I DID NOT UNDERSTAND HER NAME, SHE DISCONNECTED ME; THE 2ND WAS RUTH, WHO ALSO DISCONNECTED ME; THE 3RD WAS SANVI, WHO ALSO DISCONNECTED ME & THE 4TH, JESTER WHO STATED HE HAD TO DO AN INLINE TRANSFER, BUT I WAS ALSO DISCONNECTED DURING THAT ENCOUNTER.NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! I CHATTED WITH 2 DIFFERENT REPS, SANJEEP & ROPPA, WHO TOLD ME I HAD TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND; HOWEVER THE OPTONS GIVEN I INFORMED THEM WOULDN'T WORK FOR ME. I INFORMED ROPPA I CAN RETURN TO WHOLE FOODS, AMAZON FRESH OR THE UPS STORE, ALL CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE. I INFORMED ALL REPRESENTATIVES I DO NOT HAVE PRINTING CAPABILITY FOR THE LABEL FOR UPS TO PICK-UP AND THE UPS DELIVERY DRIVER WILL OT PICK UP OR DELIVER TO MY APARTMENT.THE BLESSREACH WALKER HAS A DEFECTIVE PART, THE REAR WHEEL BRACKET IN WHICH THE HEX HOLE IS TOO LARGE FOR THE HEX SCREW HEAD, THEREFORE THE SCREW CANNOT HOLD THE REAR WHEEL BRACKET 'B' IN PLACE AND THE WALKER DOESN'T WORK WITHOUT THE REAR WHEEL BRACKET BEING ATTACHED!!!

How to lock brakes?
I gave it four stars because it was simple to assemble and looks good. After reading the manual it says lock the brakes while sitting and on incline. I searched the manual which is only seven pages and I swear it doesn’t say how to lock the rear wheels. I’m giving this to my 87 year old mom. It needs to be safe. I had to Google the BlessReach collator walker to find out how to do it. I’d made up my mind I was going to send it back until I found out how to lock the brakes. Shame to I paid fifteen dollars more to get it quick. Other brands were days out. Before you buy google how to lock the brakes. I guess whoever did the manual had no one to proof read it bad bad.

Great find
When it arrived I wasn't actually sure it would be able to become a walker but we did get it together only to find out it was too narrow. I am donating it to the care closet in town for another person

My Mobility Wheels
After dealing with nerapathy issues, my walking had become extremely painful. I decided to purchase a rolater to help me get around. This device is a beautiful stunning red color. The back brace strap is wide, supporting and comfortable. The seat is sturdy and has a padded comfortable seat. The breaks are reliable and the wheels are narrow but wide enough to be confidently supported while seated.
