Thinner and lighter duty than name brand, but get the job done
I was advised by home inspection to add joist hangers to a structure that didn’t have them (toe nailed in joists).I used these and think they’re extremely easy to work with. For new construction I may feel cozier with the name brand Simpson thicker ones, but I don’t expect these to fail ever.Recommend using the Simpson SD or SDS screws with these, it’s a whole lot simpler than the nails and they are rated for this application. (Normal screws don’t have the sheer strength but the SD ones do)

Not bad at all
These may not be as good as the ones in my Home D.But you will save some money if you need say 20 or more.. I saved like 10 to 15 bucks.. buying these verses the one at HD.I would buy them again!

Easy to use, the quick hold tab makes fitting easy. First pack worked so well, I ordered 3 more packs. Lots of 2 x 4's joined together, these give me a much better feeling of security with me living in the hurricane belt!
