This is a convenient supplement to take as it contains most of the things people at my age take daily. It is easy to swallow and no ill effects. Beyond that, who knows. Note that the recommended daily dosage is 1 softgel twice a day. This is not on any of the pictures you see before you order it. It says 60 servings per container, which is partially true but it is actually 30 days of supplies. The total vitamin D you take with the twice a day dosage is below the daily recommended amount of vitamin D for adults, but it is close. If you have vitamin D deficiency, you are going to need to take something else. Other than that, this is fine.

This supplement is almost complete for healthy bones and proper calcium movement in our body. This contains:1. Calcium2. Magnesium3. Vitamin D34. ZincThe only thing lacking from this formulation is Vitamin K2.The softgel is easy to swallow. I take this during breakfast with water for optimal absorption. So far so good, I experienced no allergic reaction and this supplement did not upset my stomach. Note that the formulation of this supplement includes Titanium Dioxide.The formulation is good, and the amount of ingredients is balanced and can be increased by taking additional softgel, made in the USA, non-GMO and gluten-free - this is a good supplement if you need additional calcium.
