It was tremendous to taste this cheese with Italian pasta dishes and apples.

We bought this product to test our cheese gritter, and we were super surprised of how smooth and odorless these cheese products were at the time of the arrival! We were, of course, skeptical at first when purchasing any edible product on Amazon. But, we were glad that we were able to buy these and write an honest review on these products! It's a bit expensive despite being only a 1/8 size to that of small cheesecake. Nevertheless, it's almost odorless, no foul smell, and very smooth texture in appearance. We use the cheese almost everyday and it's flavorful.

This cheese is excellent, straight from Italy. Makes italian dishes so yummy!! A little pricey, but I was ok with that because it does enhance the dishes I made. I will buy this again.

The cheese tastes great! I appreciated the instruction note that came with it.
