Does a good job
Was very well packaged, requires a little construction, but easy to follow instructions make this easy. Winds up an automatic watch no problem. Requires a push to get started, but then swings until unplugged. The holders to attach the watches keep them secure, but are hard plastic with no padding. The only concern I have is about magnetism, but both watches I have used on it have been ok. There is quite a loud ticking noise when the winder is in use, but shouldn't be a problem to most people. This winder is useful for giving automatic watches a boost before wearing them, or giving a full wind by keeping on the winder for longer.

Well worth having.
Bought this for a kinetic watch I had purchased. I should have rented it!! It's so good that after leaving my watch on it overnight I may as well have boxed it and (NO! not sent it back!) put it in the attic as to date (6 months later) my watch is still going well. But I have great peace of mind as it's definitely value for money, it works should I ever need it again and if you have a spare watch you can always use it as a desk ornament! :-)

Do not waste your money.
Avoid at all costs.I have one Tissot automatic Watch. The thing gave up after 5 minutes of swinging. Certainly not quiet and unable to wind the watch which is not heavy. This was money down the drain!

Great utility watch winder THAT WORKS...
If its just to be able to wear selected watches from your collection of kinetic winders with ease without the bother of setting time date day each time it works brilliantly and at a bargain utility price!!! AAAA++++Not so good if you want to show off your rolex collection or as a gift but it bloody works for me!!!

Excellent Value
The media could not be loaded. The oscillator I had ceased to rotate to automatically wind my Breitling. This is just awesome! It can hold 2 watches, looks cool, and is excellent value for money.Delivered quickly, simple to set up.

They need a push to start
They kinda have to be just right and Need to be started, you have to start them rocking. Which means you can’t put them on a timer to start and stop. You wouldn’t want them on all the time I’m sure they would damage the watches . I purchased a single, which you can use for two by taking out the weight. Nice price though

Essential for Seiko Kinetic watches
Like others I have spent more time than I should playing with candle and toothbrush chargers trying to keep my three Seiko Kinetics charged when not wearing them. Too hit and miss. This simple device has fully charged them all. When the first kinetics came out they were fitted with a capacitor which could be fully charged by shaking the watch for ten minutes. This gave a power reserve of 7-14 days depending on the watch. Later Seiko replaced the capacitors (which had technical problems like leaks) with lithium rechargeable batteries, though for marketing reasons they did not call them batteries. These give a power reserve of up to six months when fully charged, but reaching that by shaking would take some 4 hours. That is where this charger comes in.I would not use it for conventional automatics, as the swing is too violent (though perfect for kinetics). And in any case conventional automatics tend to have a reserve of 40 hours or so, so you would constantly be charging. In short, a perfect piece of kit for kinetic owners, Not the most robust perhaps, but treat it gently and all should be well.
