It is made in China. I do NOT recommend this product at all. Even after washing, the wrinkles do not come out. Very poor quality. Mine will be given to a thrift store.

Thats my size too. The med. fit me fine but Im older so reordered the large so it was a little longer. I love these skirt and bought a 2nd one.

I do not think it’s too tight. It’s not loose. I wear a Large. It’s elastic and I don’t put it in the dryer. I just hang it up. I love it and they are very comfortable.
