Warped wing panels possible - check first!
I would normally give this product top marks, but two is fair for my example… This is a very nice, very well-built airplane – kinda. The covering is top-notch and better than I could do. Glue joints are neat and solid. Everything is laser-cut and built straight. That is, except for the upper-right wing panel, which turned out to be warped, somewhat potato chip shaped instead of flat. My fault for not checking before I put it together, but manufacturers fault for poor QC. Unfortunately, gyros or not – this won’t fly, and the USA Flying Wings customer service didn’t respond when I emailed asking if they carried wing kits for it. Looks great hanging on the ceiling, though!
