Good price for a good saw
Picked this up for a decent price to replace an older Porter Cable saw. Glad I did, this one works much faster.

Great saw
Bought this to cut debree after a hurricane. Works well with ally DeWalt batteries. The twist lock can get hot after continuous use so changing blades requires gloves. The seam in the back can irritateyour hands if you don't have callouses. Fully recommend for the money. Cut metal fencing, wood 4x4 2x4 and 2x8, PVC, metal conduit and tree branches.

It is powerful but still easy to use. I’m a 67 yo woman and I love good tools that make the job easier. Easy to change the blades too.

Fantastic saw but battery location needs improvement
great sawzall. can use it much more than the older one without overheating. the only downside is the battery location and fit. i was using it around some plumbing pipes that were off but had not drained. water got on the saw and it fried the 5ah speed stack $200 battery. The saw still works great as expected, but I really expected more durability out of the battery. It doesn’t need to be usable underwater, but a quick jet of water? They should be able to withstand that by fitting snug enough in the tool. warranty covered it thankfully. just a headache.

Good purchase.
I ordered this so, was advertised to come with a charger and a battery, got the saw no battery battery. I had to make three phone calls to finally get them to send me a battery but they did make it good. Do recommend this song.

I own several Dewalt tools and this one is a great one to have if you don’t have one. Quality built and easy to use. Easy to change blades and strong motor
