Update: So disappointed! Loved this so much and when I used it in a real life situation-it was a disaster. Wouldn’t stay connected. If it was connected, took forever to print. Kept my entire system from working correctly. Finally turned it off and everything else worked great. Now I’m a couple days outside the return window and I can’t return this. Buyer beware!! Love this little printer! I use it with iOS so I watched the video and successfully paired it with my iPad on the first try. Works great, so quick! This is a reasonably priced option for those wanting a receipt printer to use with Square who don't want to be pay ridiculous prices! Thank you, this filled a big need and is amazing!!!

The machine was purchased to use with our square to print receipts at our business. My daughter had not problems in setting up the machine via internet. This machine saved us a good amount of money because it was a considerable amount less expensive than the alterative machine. Easy to use and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a printer that is adaptable to the square.

So, I very rarely write reviews... I agree with many of the negative reviews on this product. Though, I thought I'd give it a shot as I've gone through several of the Star Micronics printers with my Square POS system at upwards of $300 a pop. For a bit over $100 it was worth buying and trying. Their instructions by far sub-standard. YouTube videos are a bit more helpful but move fast so you have to start and stop to catch the details. Honestly I was seconds away from returning the product but after mutiple attempts I was able to configure this printer to work with Square as an Epson printer. I have a dozen ipads I run with Square, and as expected you have to configure each ipad. Once doing so, the printer has worked pretty well. My staff are happy with it, so thats a big factor. If you have "A LOT" of patience and are a bit tech savy, you can "probably" make it work but no guarantees... Whether or not you are successful, you will probably need a drink afterwards.

Great product and works great with Square POS system you have to Download the Driver but after that works beautifully !!!

Purchased this to have a wireless printing solution for our bakery. Needed something to communicate wirelessly for the kitchen.Works like a charm and support was helpful in getting it set up

You get what you pay for and sometimes not that. This printer was the lowest priced for our android tablet phone to use at our drive-through POS. We couldn’t get it to connect. Technical support was extremely hard to get a hold of and when we got a hold of them, the lady didn’t know what we should do, but referred us to WhatsApp. Oh, and Not to mention hearing the rooster in the background of her phone. We’re sending it back. We’re going to pay the money for an Epson or something similar of better quality. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. I read the reviews about how hard it was to set up and that was the truth. We actually never got it set up . Hope this helps somebody and saves you pain of it all. If you’re a geek, you might be able to figure it out but otherwise I wouldn’t try it.
