Lovely Board and Presentation.
This was a present for my dad, as we used to play cribbage quite religiously when I was younger.As soon as he saw “Jaques” the gig was up - the presentation box and the black ribbon tying it all together. “I know what this is! They’ve been going since the 1700s, you know.”When he opened the box he was really pleased. There are some really nice touches to the box and contents. The mahogany board is very nice, and the inlay looks lovely too. Everything looks well-finished and presented. It’s also nice to have some proper pegs to play with, and not have to resort to using matchsticks!I can’t wait to play (and probably lose) a couple of games!

On the fence with this product
The presentation packaging looks good quality, and as a gift, it looks great when you first open. The actual wooden board is nice. It is just a sticker down the middle of the board and one end of mine had peeled away, so I will need to glue the end down. The text size on the instructions is small, and you may need a magnifying glass to read.. or maybe I need to get my glasses checked again. Could have printed a bigger and more informative instruction guide. But then you can find loads on YouTube. Overall.. an OK product and as I am new to Crib, it serves its purpose.
