I like that this product is whole ground milk thistle. It is very high quality. It doesn't mix well, but I wouldn't expect the ground seeds to mix well. I enjoy mixing it into tea regardless and scooping it out at the end. It has a great flavor and is very high quality.

I use this to keep my liver healthy. With today’s processed foods you never know what they are hiding. This product is a little stubborn to dissolve. I get a small 8 ounce jar half full of water and one dose of milk thistle screw the lid down and shake till milk thistle dissolves and drink! Good product.

I've been on a health kick lately and while doing research I learned about milk thistle. I really like this brand specifically because its completely organic with additives! It lasts a while and has a pleasant taste! This goes well with your smoothies and even coffees! if you're looking for this powder this brand is the way to go

I have been using Unleash’d milk thistle powder for about a month. Mixing in with coffee and oat milk, touch of honey and I have a healthy latte at home. I like the slightly nutty taste and love that it’s organic! No problems with the powder dissolving. I have a bad knee and have noticed how much this is helping with the inflammation that I don’t take my prescription anymore. Definitely will be keeping this in my daily routine.

It's more of a suspension of a bunch of particles in water, where I can feel the gritty texture as I'm drinking it. Some sediment falls to the bottom, too, though maybe that wouldn't happen if I put more water in to start with. But I'm using a small bottle for it, so instead I add a little more water when I'm done, to get the last bit at the end.It tastes kind of earthy, and it has an aftertaste that I don't care for, but I'd rather it be like that than have stuff mixed in. I can always add something with flavoring to it myself, if I want, or have something after to wash it down.The package is resealable, but the zipper track doesn't like to stick together very well. I'm not sure if it's because the actual zipper track isn't good, or if it just has a coating of fine powder on it. It would be nicer if it came in a tub.The one I got in July 2023 has a "best by" date of January 16, 2025, and it also says it has a shelf life of 24 months (so I assume it was packaged in January 2023).

I was looking for a natural way to support my liver and learned about milk thistle. I wasn't sure how this would taste and I have to admit, I'm pleasantly surprised. It has a "woodsy" flavor. The powder is fine, it blends easily with other ingredients and a little goes a long way. I'm now using it coffee, smoothies, and seasoning salts.

Mess free delivery, GREAT value for the money compared to Sprouts or supplement bottled. Not tasty but easy to mix! Doesn’t smell good either 😂
