Look out big fan manufactures, this fan beats them all. I have installed many fans in my own homes and for friends. Everyone said don't buy the second rate cheap fans, they will rattle, wobble and squeak. So I have always bought from the big boys. Then I needed a new fan for my Lani by the pool. I found this one and found it intriguing. I loved the look so i bought it. It came the next day. The packaging was super heavy duty so nothing was broke. All the parts were there. It had picture directions, they could be improved a bit but they were understandable. It took me about an hour to put up and assemble. They provide extra screws for people like me who will drop one while on the step ladder and never see it again. There is even a added collar for the ball mount that is held on with powerful maginets to hide the screws and ball joint. Nice touch. I then turned it on. There is no noise whatsoever except the wind when on high. It is rock stable. With the big boy fans I always expected to level the blades then go through the multi-hour trial and error balancing process. I hate wobbly fans. It is just so tacky. This fan was perfectly balanced, no wobble no squeaks, no rattles. It is perfect. The multi color led light is nice. You can go from warm white to bright white. Nice touch. The remote is nice too. It has 6 fan speeds not the boring 3 speeds the big boys have. Plus of course reverse. It has a 30 min timer and a 2 hour timer also. That way I don't leave it on all the time. It also has this feature called "natural wind" wow! who thought of this needs a raise. It is cool. It varies the fan speed randomly from the fastest to slowest and everything in between. It feels like a nice cool evening breeze. It cannot say anything bad about this fan. This company is up and coming. It is nice to see a company that puts out an amazing product. You can tell their employees take pride in their work.UPDATE - It has been over a year since installing this fan and it works as perfect as it did the day I installed it. No wobble, squeaks, hum, nothing just a nice breeze. It has survived South Florida weather without an issue. I use it almost every day. If you are buying from those big names fan companies, your wasting your money. This fan is way better. I have even in my clumsy actions while netting the pool stuck the handle in the way of the blades while on high. Stopped it cold and would have been the demise of many. Not this one, I turned it back on and besides a ding in the blade it is still perfect.

What should haven the easiest part of the installation (attaching fan blades) did not go well. Almost half the holes would not allow the mounting screw to go in more than halfway before becoming so difficult to turn that you almost stripped the screw head. Not sure if whatever they coated/painted the metal plate with gunked up some of the threads in the holes, or the threads were not completed all the way through. Ended up having to buy a thread tap (1/4 -20 for anyone else needing to know) and run through the affected holes. Luckily the entire mounting plate was able to be removed and I didn’t have to do on top of a ladder over my head. Blades were super easy to mount after. Other than that, installation was straight forward and fan works great and looks great. Love the number of speeds (6), the different color temperatures, and being able to dim the light.

Mounted it on my screen in porch. Very good air movement and it looks great. Remote control comes with it's own wall mount holster, and works great. Highly recommend!UPDATE: My fan has stopped working completely. I have had it less than a year. I am an electrician, and have confirmed that there is power at the fan. I have reached out to the seller to hopefully find a solution. I will update if, and when I receive a response.UPDATE: 10-16-24....I contacted customer service that my fan had completely stopped working. They did get back to me right away, and stated they would ship out the part right away, and that should correct the problem. It has been a month and no part. Contacted them again, they apologized and said they've been really busy, and they would get the part shipped right away EVENTUALLY! Eventually??? I responded and said that wasn't a satisfactory response. At this point I'm not sure if I'll ever get the part. If not, this POS fan will go in the trash. Unless they stand by their product, I am going to say BUYER BEWARE.UPDATE: After some hiccups, Mike in customer service really stepped up. He was very responsive and sent parts out quickly. I installed the new remote and receiver, and my fan is working again. Excellent customer service after having the fan for almost a year. Great job guys!

I received this fan it is very beautiful BUT after it was installed it worked about a week then it started to make a noise when you turned the fan on. After a few days along with the grinding noise the fan turn very slowly when it was turned on now and now when you turn it on it starts with the loud grinding noise then struggles to make a turn it will even reverse the turn by itself then it totally shuts off. Yes I'm going to return this fan but since I wasn't expecting it to only last 2 weeks I threw the box away so I will need to request a return box. So long story short this purchase definitely wasnt worth all the hassle.
