I was surprised by how good this tastes! It mixes well and helps a lot with bloating and regularity. Gentle on the stomach and super effective. Love that it’s gluten-free too!

I like others was looking for a cheaper version of Colon Broom. I was drawn to Colon Sweep because it has even more ingredients than Colon Broom and all of them seem to be beneficial after some research. I was able to have a decent BM the next morning after taking this in the evening the day before. The taste is like others have said, with a cinnamon flavor with a hint of a strawberry but there is cinnamon bark in the ingredients so I think it just overpowers. I feel like this doesn't chicken as fast as other psyllium husk products as well which makes chugging it a lot easier. To me, it's like a spicy strawberry margarita mocktail. So long as I continue to have regular BMs, I'll continue to use this. I'm a very irregular person so to produce results this quickly is fantastic. Will update my review if anything better or worse happens!

Best tasting and working for the price. I always used Colonbroom but got tired to the price. This works just as good for half the price.

I took as instructed, but didn't change anything else about my routine. Used the entire can, twice a day for the first ten days, then once a day until it was gone. Modest intestinal discomfort in the early days, but nothing that would prevent me from using it. After a week or so, I had a handful (not like you're thinking) of simply magnificent bowel movements - two footers. But, alas, I did not lose any weight or experience any of the other benefits promised.

Product does nothing. Tastes horrible and is expensive.They wont refund my money either.Just a rip off, do not buy this.,

This mixed well, had simple and clear instructions, tasted great and worked well! Overall super happy with this product. Will continue to use!

I have only tried once a day instead of twice daily. I wanted to make sure it would be gentle on my stomach. So far no big change so I'm going to try the recommended twice daily. It does make you fill full before a meal so you don't eat as much.
