Excellent Product
I like the Swing Feature of Hitachi AC which gives cooling and cover entire area

This AC stopped working within 15 days
DEFINITELY go for it if you have:-Another brands AC and you do not require this one to work properly or you are built to resist heat or temperature.-Good Skills at emailing, know the process of escalation and even can reach out to the level of Hitachi Service - Country Head, and then can justify existence of your problem.-Plenty of time to call/email followup.-Time and Peace of mind to kill.Please do not buy Hitachi, we bought 2 AC, even somehow got replaced them as well with another Hitachi Units after a Hustle, overpaid expecting good quality and it turned out to be worst. Now Sold them for like scrap, and Got LG AC, so finally life is CHILLThis AC stopped within 15 days of installation, then got it working after repeated followups from Hitachi, then got 2 times gas recharged in it, and after 2 months of hustle and repeated grievances upto the level of Hitachi India Head, now another Unit of this AC is being installed, and you know how they leave after installation?

Product quality is unmatched.
I have been using the product for around 4 months, so I have a big hall + kitchen around 240Sqft. This ac is not recommend for that big hall, but to my surprise this ac does the work for even big hall. So really recommend the product. You can buy the product and rest assured. This is also energy efficient so does save on the electricity. Installation is done by company that cost a little extra for the brackets but seems fine.

Good Product, But Installation service is pathetic
The product is good but hitachi should improve their service department. The guy who came to install the AC didn’t had the sufficient knowledge later after 2 days there was water leakage due to incorrect installation and the guy came again after following up with him several times.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS FROM AMAZON
I got delivered a faulty AC and it's been 6 months and I am stuck with it. It stopped working 2-3 times and I have registered a complaint more than 20 times and still my AC is not fixed and neither they are replacing it. Buy it from a store which will give you proper customer service and do not buy it from Amazon
