I take calcium for my bones, and this is a good, easy to take brand. I look for easy to take and easy to absorb, and these fill the bill. Way better than those huge tablets that most of the good brands have!

I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis with a Z score of -4.1. I have been taking the microcrystalline calcium for a little over a year (along with Strontium) and, 6months into this regimen, had a dexascan done. My score has improved to -3.8. I will have another dexascan done in August and expect to see more improvement. The calcium is not the only reason for the improvement but it certainly plays a huge part.

Not sure what the heck is going on but after I purchased this I received an email from them saying that it contains cancer causing ingredients.. needless to say I threw it away ... wish they had said that before I bought it

Large capsules made it hard to swallow. Put in yogurt but even then it was hard to swallow. Missed return window.
