Beautifully clear , clean, modern, sleek looking. The product came well packaged. Better than I expected. The only problem, it was missing a small part. It did not cause an issue because I was having an electrician do the install, and he had extra pieces on his truck.

If you aren't comfortable working with electricity, and/or do not have experience with electrical work, *please* have a licensed election handle the installation! Most importantly for your safety, but also to ensure it is wired and installed properly to avoid problems down the road.That being said - this EXIT sign works well (and is UL listed) - just remember it is acrylic, so when installing be careful not to scuff or scratch the material. Installation was pretty straightforward - the hardest part for me was getting wiring run to where the sign needed to be mounted. (And I know I'm repeating myself, but for running wiring my first paragraph above also applies!) I used the ceiling mount option, but having several options for mounting is a nice feature to provide more options for both wiring and placement to best work for where you are installing this. (Note that the arrows are removable, so if you only want it to point one direction or none, that isn't a problem.) It also includes a battery backup so the "EXIT" sign is still visible in the event of a power outage. Not really much else to say - it's an EXIT sign so nothing fancy, but it does the job.
