Recently I bought this device and it's game changer for me as doing analysis and managing multiple accounts needs additional screen and this is perfectly fits and the best part is it's portable and can take anywhere along with my laptop. no lagging, nice brightness , good quality.A must product for any multitasking. Highly recommended.

The monitor is also kind of lightweight, which makes it easy to take with you wherever you go.Overall, I'm satisfied portable monitor with plenty of screen space for productivity and entertainment.Still there is a scope of improvement in terms of weight, finish and practical uses.1. one of the LCD is facing outward is exposed to damages though the travel sleeve is there but unfortunately it is soft type.2. the cord connection location is difficult to access once the display is placed on laptop screen, side output could have been more practical then the lower one.3. Further weight reduction could have been more practical in terms of carriage when you are on travel as the idea of this portable screen is mobility.

I purchased this screens in Oct 2023 since then I have enjoyed working since it gives me the flexibility to work on multiple screens without having to google between pages. The screens work great, and their customer service is always there to help if you need assistance with any tech issues. I personally have not faced any tech issues but I did have to update the drivers twice since I changed my laptop and then had the latest update. But the guys over at their CS were very helpful and quick in resolving my issue. Anyone looking to free yourself of toggling between screen and save time this is the solution to your problems.

The product is compact. it comes with all the necessary cords and a pen drive that contains the drivers for all compatible operating systems for installation. Product packaging is very good. It also comes with a carrying bag.In my case, the drivers were not automatically installed when I connected the screens with the laptop coz my laptop is old. so I had to use the given pendrive for Driver installation and after that it worked fine and for this process I contacted customer care support and they immediately responded and had a good communication with me to sort out the issue.There is no flicker in the screens and the colours are also of HD quality. Back support is provided to keep the screens intact, but even if we don’t use the back support then also the screens are stable enough. Overall I like this product (13.3 inches two-screens Monitor).

The screen lags noticeably and freezes often - the USB needs to be disconnected for a restart.One of the screens broke down after a month of working.Lots of intimidating calls from the sales rep saying video evidence is needed etc. they arranged for pick up and again threatened that any physical damage would be on the customer.After 10 days the unit was returned but without some of the accessories :-(Amazon haven't helped either.

Had been wanting a portable dual monitor setup for work, and then came across this product which allows me not a dual but a triple monitor setup. More real estate to work with, I was all for it! Bought it and arrived the next day, immediately unpacked, installed the drivers and got it running… the whole process was a breeze 👍🏻At first look, I was taken aback…. Used to working 10-12hours a day on my MacBook or other very high end displays, I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing… the blacks, they were more like grey or dark blue sitting next to my mac display but not to loose heart, the convenience of this display attracted me, I gave it a thorough try for the next few days.They are really helpful when I’m working on the go, and even better that I now have an extra tri screen setup in my workspace! Not the best at color accuracy but resolutions and ping time all are very good. Also having experienced some other displays (dual only), this one has a much slimmer bezel size which is pretty amazing!If you “NEED” a dual or triple monitor setup, definitely go for this, just know that if you buy from Riitek’s website this product is around 1000/- cheaper but I decided to buy from Amazon for the added assuring and confidence.
