No doubt far better then pads and pampers. As mentined on box it is for light usage. I use for jogging does not slip or get loose. Not bulky and they are very comfortable in use. It is resuable in a sense if urge for pee, take out and reuse. If someone has sensitvities apply slight vassline.... before wear sleeve. Follow instruction in short video given on product pageI will strongly recommend for folks going for Ummra or Haj, as it not sewn (no thread ..as it is made of paper and palstic) so allowed to wear for performing religious ritual. It is great product for this pupose.It is expensive product compare other alternavite. MDP can think the way to bring the price down, one of it not wrap indivual sleeve in nylon ...so so etc...

If you just need to control a few drips, these will work great for you. They are far more comfortable than the pads. I recommend them. It takes some time to get good at installing them right. I had trouble with them falling off at first but now I can put them on in the dark and they never fall off. Keep with them, you will get it.

I still think MDP is one of the better products for this purpose. Works exceptionally well for me. They have addressed delivery issues. I ordered the 90-pack one day and the next day it was delivered. I was impressed. I still think expanding the product line to include variations in absorbance and capacity. The box indicates Light Drips + Leakage. It might be a simple as extending the sides up the shaft on each side. Might add a variation for medium and heavy drips & leakage. I have tried many and keep coming back to MDP. A close 2nd is Male Urine Guard by Jackson Medical Products - includes an inner liner pouch and outer plastic pouch. It provides more order control and easy to "on and off". I sometimes use both together.

Useless

These pads are messy and terribly ineffective. Extremely difficult to put on and keep on. Properties of the male anatomy...use your imagination...make it a challenge to slip these on properly and keep them on. Once on, they are very inconvenient and messy when removal is necessary for urination. Don't buy them. A waste of money.
