I bought this product for my portable AC as the plastics sliding installation pieces didn't fit in my window. I thought, perfect! A product I can cut to the window size! It was easy to install, cutting and attaching the Velcro and insert to the window, installing the AC vent and turning it on. Less than 45 minutes later, when I checked on it, the insert and the velcro was ripped off the window, the vent was on the floor and blowing hot air into the room. The velcro on the insert that was factory made was detached off even though the velcro on the window sill was still stuck on. It was all in a ball of sticky Velcro, insert and the vent stuck in a ball on the floor. I tried to fix it but the factory made velcro that was on the insert was not fixable. See pictures. Waste of time and money, better off buying a quality material that can at least hold the vent up for the product to even function....

That is really all this is: cheap plastic sheeting and some Velcro. You can buy this stuff in a discount store and save the trouble. Not a very good outcome for our needs.

Its alright, I bought it thinking it was the actual tube and the stuff on the window, but its just the plastic, its good as far as the plastic goes I used it for repairing my old damaged one so its okay
