Smooth transaction and product arrived in perfect condition.
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 7 2. Peel and cut the potatoes into equal sizes, cook in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, drain out water. 3. Heat the oil in a roasting tin. 4. Sprinkle the coatings for roasties seasoning over the potatoes, shake saucepan on coat evenly. 5. Place the potatoes into the hot roasting tin and baste with hot oil, roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes until crisp, turning half way through cooking.
