Mack's Slim Fit Ear Plugs

Used these to block out strong wind noises as I sleep next to the window. Was recommended these by my boyfriend. I like the fact that they are slim as my ears are quite small. I can’t believe how well they worked. They are as comfortable as you think they are. It is impossible to not feel like you have nothing blocking your ear holes.Make sure you mould the ends by squeezing it and then put it in and once far enough it will expand within the hole and slowly block out background noise. It worked well for me and I personally couldn’t hear much. They stayed in place all night!Even though they do seem pricy. I think it’s worth it. Last quite a long time, if you don’t keep losing them!

I live next to a house rattling door slammer,. These little ear plugs are excellent and block out 99 percent of next doors noise. They are slimmer than your average earplug which means for me, I wake up with them still in my ears and they do not ease out during the night like some of the other ones do. I have found once inserted correctly they are comfortable and stay put. They are nice and soft in the ear and they don't block out my alarm and I am very relieved to have found them. I would happily buy them again.

These earplugs are a bit more expensive then the "Ultra" that I've also bought and use. These are a really good size for my small ear canals. I do have small ear canals, so any average sized ones would be better off going for the "Ultra". (These would definitely also be a better pick for children, then regular ones) Because if earplugs isn't inserted correctly they don't offer nearly as good noise reduction.They offer good comfort, as they are nice and soft. I can easily wear these for hours with no discomfort. They are easy to use and insert, unlike certain other earplugs, especially if you have smaller ear canals. And you get really good noise reduction, supposedly not as much as the "Ultra", which I believe, I can notice when I ride motorcycle. But never the less, both works well, and easy to use. The value is also pretty good, decent quantity for the quality they offer, but I also find them easy to re-use, and they do even state on the package that re-use is no problem. Just throw away when they get "too" dirty or before they lose their ability to work as intended. They also come in a nice little container, that labels the earplugs, contain them, and easily dispenses earplugs.(A good tip: Always bring a spare pair or two. If you go for a bike ride, and you some how lose one or the pair, you want to have an extra pair, or if you re-use yours, they might get dirty or start to loose their effectiveness)(I have added a picture of the two earplugs for size comparison, beige (left) is the "Ultra" and the purple (right) is the "Slim fit")

These are hands down the best ear plugs. As they’re slim and made of soft material they are super comfortable. I wouldn’t use any other earplugs now.

I've bought this product many times and will continue to do so. I find it difficult to find ear plugs that not only fit my ears but also feel comfortable, however these fit the bill. I can comfortably wear these all night and manage to get a great sleep thanks to them. Would recommend.

I bought a 10 pack and they were great - so I ordered a 50 pair pot - these are terrible, smaller and don't block noise. They feel like they could disappear into my ear. A total waste of £20. I wondered if the 10 pack might be made in a different factory - so I risked it and order a small box again, but no these are also different. Clearly the manufacturing has changed. Waste of time and money!

3rd time I’ve bought these in 2 years I love them, I can’t sleep unless I wear them since we were burgled in 2008 it took me months to find a ear plug small enough for my ear canal and these are definitely them. They are small and fab quality. I highly recommend them.

I've had two batches 50 pair of these slim fit earplugs so far. The first batch was good and I used almost all of them with no problem. The second batch had earplugs of two clearly distinct sizes, with about a third to half being about 1mm shorter and 0.5mm narrower in diameter at the base than the rest (see photo). This smaller size did very little to block any sound for me. It appears that either the manufacturers quality control is poor (1mm and 0.5mm don't seem like a lot but the earplugs are only 23mm long and 12mm diameter, so a deviation of 4%) or these were fakes. I will try a third batch and report back if the sizing of that batch of earplugs is consistent.When they are the right size for my ears they do a great job of cutting out noise. Just be careful not to push them in too far (easy to do when they are squashed down) as they can be tricky to remove!
