Fantastic Customer Service
I'm impressed with the quality and price of this gazebo. It really looks great while providing privacy, shade and some protection from the elements. I was able to put it together by myself in one day (although with two people it would have gone quicker). Unfortunately, due to my own error, severe wind damaged some parts and when I inquired about replacement parts I was blown away by the excellent customer service. They have offered to send me replacement parts free of charge with no hassle whatsoever. I couldn't ask for anything more and can hardly believe it. I am really looking forward to having my gazebo back in service and will make sure I have enough weight to keep it down this time around. :-D

Sturdy and stylish gazebo
We got the 8x8 gazebo and so far we're impressed with the quality. Assembly was easy enough. Just took our time and made sure we were using right pieces in right places, etc. Definitely speeds things up to have the Allen wrench attachment for the DeWalt so you don't wear your hands out with the little Allen wrench included with the gazebo.Full disclosure - by far, the most difficult part of assembly was stretching the canopy onto the frame. The small section at the top, used to vent the gazebo was really pretty ridiculous. I'm usually a mild mannered guy but that small section of canopy was causing spontaneous outbursts of profanity so intense, I thought I had crossed over to the dark side. Definitely rated R for language, so assembly requires 18+ :-) Ultimately ended up using a hack saw to cut about an 1.5 inches off of one of the metal tubes, filing the edges smooth, then replacing the plastic cap. Once I had done this, you couldn't even tell that I had cut the tube visually, and I was finally able to stretch the canopy over the frame, still requiring a lot of effort though. Suffice it to say it's tight and not coming off. It's very sturdy. We've had other gazebos through the years and many did not withstand much wind before either the canopy would rip or the frame would be compromised. Since building this one, we've had at least two severe storms with gusts 50+ mph. This thing took it like a champ. No damage whatsoever to the canopy or the frame. It's really a stylish gazebo too. We live in a condo and can't attach or anchor to anything, so we ended using large planter pots, bolting each of the four legs to the bottom of each planter, then placed two sandbags in each planter, covered by loose stone. It looks great and is completely adequate for keeping the gazebo safe and unmovable, even when faced with 50+ mph winds, as mentioned before. This gazebo is the perfect size for our small patio and it's just what we were looking for to provide shade during the heat of the day. Like I said, we're impressed and so far, wouldn't hesitate to buy again. I'd just be smarter about stretching that canopy onto the frame.

Amazing Gazebo & Amazing service behind the purchase!
We absolutely LOVE this gazebo. When we first received it, one part had been assembled incorrectly. I reached out, and I can’t express how impressed I was with the customer service. They responded quickly, fixed the issue with no questions asked... even honoring a mistake I made a year later. That kind of service is rare, and it speaks volumes about the quality of the company behind the product. I’m not only a fan of the gazebo itself, but also a loyal fan of Lusaint Home. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future. As for the gazebo itself—it’s fantastic. We added some weighted water bags, and it has held up incredibly well through strong winds and some pretty intense storms, especially being backed up to a forested greenbelt. It does take some care and maintenance to protect it, but it’s absolutely worth the effort. It’s become one of our favorite ways to unwind in the evening. If you’re on the fence about buying this, don’t hesitate. It was easy to assemble, doesn’t leak when it rains, and the build quality is top-notch. I was especially surprised by how heavy-duty the frame is, definitely not a flimsy setup, but solid, well-made metal. Highly recommended.

Buy this patio!
Really happy with this patio setup. It looks great, feels solid, and was pretty easy to put together. I think it took me 3-4 hrs to setup by myself, with the help of my electric drill. It’s a total upgrade to my outdoor space, I love it.The best part is that it helps keep the bugs out, which makes hanging out outside way more enjoyable—no more constant swatting! Also, their customer support is top tier—they were super helpful and quick to respond when I had a small issue. It got taken care of fast with zero hassle. Definitely recommend.

Sturdy, Attractive Gazebo
Purchased this 10x13 LauSaint Outdoor Patio Gaebo, received quickly, no damage. Overall, we are pleased with the styling and sturdiness. It was easy to setup and looks like the picture. Price was good, fabric is 100% polyester water-resistant. The Cons were: the anchor bolts were too large to go thru the foot-plates so we used cement screws to secure to cement patio; although the size stated 10x13 it was smaller inside than my last 10x12 gazebo and the overhang was not much help in protecting the furniture; the drain holes in roof added extra water leak so we filled with coned ear plugs. It would be nice if the smaller top canopy netting could be anchored by Velcro or ties as it blows open in the wind. Overall we are pleased with purchase.

Beautiful Outdoor Work Place
Beautiful, light weight but sturdy gazebo. Setup is super easy if you have someone tall to help you like I did. Otherwise a ladder is always good to have on hand. Design is great and mesh screening does a great job at keeping out bugs. Now I can hang out outside to do my work and watch my dogs without getting sun burnt. Fabric breathes nicely and still feels like I will be protected from the rain. Very glad I spent my money on this item. Customer service is also great!
