The media could not be loaded. I bought this as where I live it’s so hot and the bowls I use for my pets tend to heat the water up as they are metal. While this bowl is smaller than the metal bowls I use, it doesn’t heat up the water, it remains nice and cool. It refills as needed so no issue with it running low. I waited a while before doing the review as I wanted to see how well it worked and if any leak developed. No leaks and it really didn’t even get dirty or slimy, impressive.It took less than 5 minutes to install; everything you need is right there! Love they included the Teflon tape, a nice touch. The hardest part was fining a wrench to tighten the adapter to the faucet.An additional item that’s included is the hardware to install it inside by connecting it to a water line either to an RO machine or the water line to your refrigerator. You would need to buy the tubing separately but it does come with the other pieces. I am thinking of trying this for winter, I would have to drill a hole in my cabinets to run the tubing so it’s a project for another time.Overall I am very happy with the water bowl, no need to hook it up to an electric outlet or clean filters, just hook up to an outdoor faucet and it’s good to go. It does come with a brush to clean the bowl but so far haven’t needed it; I just dump out the water into the grass and let it refill. Well worth the money!

Leaked like a sieve. I saw others had problems and thought with the right plumbing it could be worked out. It is not something you can work out - the product itself is faulty. We returned. Because Amazon didn't offer much else, we went with another provider.

I’d give it 5 stars if the build quality was a bit nicer but honestly, it gets the job done and I think the price was fair. If you have any plumbing knowledge at all, it won’t leak when you hook it up.

The water hose leaks & the adapter was threader incorrectly.It wouldn’t be that big of a deal other than the fact that it cannot be used without those parts.

This water bowl has become a life saver, really! We live in Louisiana, and it was hard keeping cool fresh water available for my dogs while they were outside. This bowl refills itself and is easy to keep clean too. The bowl is large enough to keep my husky/shepherd mix satisfied, and also my jack russell/chihuahua mix can easily drink from it still. It was also super easy to install, and once its set up, you dont have to remove it.

The hose provided with the bowl I ordered is the right diameter but wrong thread to fit with the dispenser. I ended up needing to order a separate garden hose to replace it. It seems like an easily avoidable issue if the right hose was provided

I got this for my uncles dogs since they love to run around in the yard on hot summer days, it works great. When left for too long and it’s hot or dirty we just dump it and it refills with fresh cold water. Great product!
