Tefal RE4588 - raclettes by Tefal

I was so excited to gift this to my husband for Christmas. We used this same brand of racklette when we travelled to France for Thanksgiving, so I wanted to give the same brand. I ordered December 5, thinking I’d have plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas… it didn’t get here until January 10th-ish. A bit of a bummer it got here so late.We ended up returning because it took so long to heat up. We started the heat, finished gathering our cheese, meats, and potatoes, and 45 minutes later we still were hoping the cheese was slightly hot enough to melt. I blame the European outlet to the American one as being a source of the lost power, but I guess I didn’t realize it would be so different. I am happy the return process was very easy.
