Excellent value for Yale quality.Swapped with the old lock, with only minor chiselling required.Easy to fix and operate. Very pleased with the purchase.

Easy to install
The lock arrived quickly.Make sure you get the correct size as there are 2 (I previously ordered the wrong one)Easy to fit.I had to reverse the latch, that was simple, undo a screw, remove the latch and turn it 180deg and refit.Went into door and screwed in place with ease.Now its like new again.Perfect!

Changing the lock from RH to LH or Vice-Versa.
I needed to change the lock from RH to LH for the door I was fittng the lock to.If you need to do the same thing, take great care when taking the cover off. There are lots of spring loaded pieces inside the mechanism. It took me about 2 hours to work out the correct order of the levers and spacers so that the key still worked to lock & unlock.My best advice is that you remove the cover very carefully, and if you are fortunate enough to not have the same explosion I did, take note of the exact position and order of the levers and spacers before doing anything else.Finally the lock works perfectly now and had I not had this episode, it would have been 5 stars.

Not correct version
The lock being supplied is actually PM320PB65 (not ending 25).Yale no longer appear to be making the original lock which was far better than this new version. The original deadbolt had two anti saw steel rollers which are now missing and the original faceplate of the lock was wider. Now the narrower faceplate makes it useless as a replacement for the older version. You have to find an alternative make with a wider faceplate or fill the space each side of the lock on the door edge. For this it's either cut down two strips of wood to glue in or, less preferable, pack it with filler.I can't imagine what possessed Yale to remove the original model from the market in favour of this inferior version. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL PM320PB25 and get rid of this PM320PB65. Where are your standards going Yale?
