Q: How is the privacy? I am looking for something for my french doors on my deck, but want to make sure I have privacy when it's dark.

Very private. From the outside you can’t see in at all.

Q: Does it attach at the bottom as well or just hang loosely?

You can attach it with Velcro at the bottom. I personally did not and just let it hang. This has been perfect for my back glass door.

Q: How many come with this?

It is one panel and one piece as shown there. I used the Velcro to attach it to the top of the door, my door is as shown there as well, and so far it hasn't come down.

Q: Does it come with adhesive? What does it look like? I only see velcro and no way to actually install the item to the wall/door. Please advise

Yes, it comes with the adhesive that goes on the door. The video shows installing on an Airstream window, but it works the same on a door.
