I mix it with cocoa powder and blend in a half banana for a shake. High protein, low carbs. Warning - don't over mix/blend egg white powder. It foams up quickly.

DISGUSTING! Once cooked, this tastes and smells revolting. It's honestly vile. I've used multiple powdered egg whites and none of them taste/smell as good as real egg, but they're usually okay when baked/cooked into food...but this one is AWFUL! It's really unbearable. Very disappointed.

I am a active person and purchased this as a means to eat healthy. I mix a scoop with 200 ml of milk and a 1/4 tea of matcha green tea each morning. It along with a small piece of meat, yogurt, and some fruit keeps me going well into the afternoon. This products is free of additives. Mixes really well. I use a shaker by tupperware. I love it and will continue to drink it as a means of protein and nutrition. I highly recommend it.
