Great Camera!!!
If you want a great camera with super zoom 125x optical, not to mention 16.7 mega pixels then this is want you want. Takes quick pictures, focuses well, with manual focus too. It can see things really far away with the good zoom, and keeps good quality. For example, I can see windows on airplanes at 38,000 feet high, so that shows how good it is. You also have manual settings to get the good images. This camera is a good and semi-professional camera, as this was my 1st ever camera, I recommend it!

QUALITY PRICED RIGHT
My Coolpix P1000 is sturdy, takes excellent pictures from varying distances. The flash is strong. Light sensitivity is poor in darker settings.The camera is FUN. I really enjoy photographing with this fine high zoom Nikon.

Camera system looks great but came without some bundled items
The sales page and item descriptions both show that a SanDisk SecureDigital 64GB Extreme PRO Memory Card comes with this package, but it did not on mine. (it's not in the memory slot either) So I had to order my own separately since I want to test the camera, not happy about the delay. Also not present is the little memory card reader, also not present is the memory card wallet.Also the sales page bundle picture seems to show two camera batteries, but in the description it is listed as only one, so be aware of that.All other items pictured/description did arrive. Nikon box, with serial number/barcode, was very neatly packed. The tripod and a good camera bag were included in the shipment as expected.The Nikon CoolPix P1000 has a great reputation but I cannot yet test mine for lack of the 64GB card which was not included.

Crappy tripod that never works!!!!
Camera is way too heavy for the tripod. Who make this bundle? Very irresponsible!! Never work!
