This is more a wax than a cream I find it definitely helps massaged into hands and feet, but does nothing for arms, shoulders etc. Rubs in quite well.

I walk my dog a lot and at this time of year I have to wear my walking boots as the muddy fields and going can be tough on my legs. More often that not I get aches and pains around the top of my feet near the joint of my ankle and into my arches and that's even with perfectly fitting footwear. It's an age thing probably..... It's not a footwear issue, the boots I have fit perfectly and never cause blisters or hot spots and are top of the range full leather and leather lined for the lengthy hikes I do.It's muscle pain rather than anything else and it's generally now and again muscle pain until I get warmed up. I saw this product and thought it might be worth a try.Just to make sure, I did a proper scientific test and applied the balm/cream to only my right foot and not the left. So now the scene is set, I put in my boots, grabbed the dog and we went out for two hours.What can I say, my right foot to which I applied the cream balm an hour before the walk felt different, more relaxed and dare I say it warmed up and ready to go. Even now 4 hours later there is a definitive difference in feeling between my left and right foot, less stiffness less ache if at all. Maybe it's a placebo effect, I don't know, but tonight both my feet are going to get a good rub down with the balm/cream.Incidentally the product reminds me of mink oil for leather boots, though it smells better and it's not greasy at all. It also comes securely wrapped in a silver film. Give it a try.
