Very disappointed with this service. Expired supplement bottle sent. If unnoticed could have caused serious health issues.

The capsules are easy to swallow, but you can also break them apart and add the contents into a smoothie for an energy-charged drink. The dosage is one per day, but I would take it instead just a few times a week, since I try to not over-supplement. It is supposed to have an energizing effect. I have also not had any side effects, and I have taken two of them so far. It does seem to boost energy. They recommend not taking it with any caffeinated products, so I take them in the afternoon, when I am not having coffee. The price seems reasonable for this item. You would probably have to pay more at a vitamin specialty store. The product arrives double-sealed for your protection.

I have not been taking these pills for too long to see the benefits just yet, but I am hopeful that I will notice some positive effects in the near future. Overall, I would suggest doing your research and talking to your doctor before deciding to try Yohimbine HCL.

The amount of capsules and dosage look to be very generous.I'm honestly not crazy about the coloring, conditioners, and fillers though. The International Agency for Research on Cancer has classified titanium dioxide as possibly carcinogenic. I feel like it should be avoided especially in a pill. Pills don't need to be prettied up, considering that you'll only see them for a brief moment.

I read online that the proper dosage is .2mg per Kg of body weight. So for me, that translates to 4 capsules per day -- 15 days worth per bottle. I've been taking them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and haven't noticed any changes. Everybody's body processes things a little differently, so I'm not saying it's a placebo, but this didn't do anything at all for me. At least there were no adverse side effects.

I've been taking this supplement in the morning with my coffee (black/1 stevia packet), and I feel like it gives me a noticeable energy boost. It's best to take it when you're in a state of fasting according to the research I've read and the videos I've watched. I ordered it because I have a little weight to lose that's in those stubborn areas. My job is very physical, so overall I'm in good shape, but do struggle with those "typical" problem areas in women my age. I feel like this supplement will help with that, but also I just like the energy boost. I can't drink energy drinks because the main ingredient makes me sick. I don't have that problem at all with this supplement. It does come with some potential side effects, so do your research before starting this, or any supplement. For me this is a 5/5 star product and worth every penny.

This is my first time trying Yohimbe and I am not sure if I will continue taking it or not. I did not notice a smell or taste and the capsules were easy to swallow. The powder dissolved pretty readily in liquid, too, if you don't want to take a full capsule.I did notice a slight increase in my heart rate when I started taking this supplement, which is a side effect I did not care for. This seems to be a common side effect for a lot of people, but that doesn't mean it isn't scary! I ended up breaking open the capsules and taking half of a capsule in a smoothie and did not notice any side effects when taken that way.
