This tiny little cable is perfect for travel because it changed the battery on my Nikon Coolpix S9500. The cable only weighs 9g and since it uses USB C I could use my small power bank to charge my camera as well as to connect to my new MacBook without an adapter.

Adds versatility to Nikon Digital Cameras
Some early Nikon Digital cameras have to be tethered to download the images/video in order to work with them and share them. This cord allows several models to download directly to a smart phone with USB-C. There are also adapters for micro and mini USB for older phones and tablets.

USB-C cable that fit Nikon digital camera but not Olympus digital camera
Nice packaging and inexpensive, needed a replacement cable that works with 10+ years old Olympus VR-340 digital camera to recharge the battery, it fit the charging slot but does NOT work despite being advertised as UC-E6. However, it does fit our other Nikon Coolpix S5200 digital camera and recharge the battery inside ... Rather than returning it, decided to keep it as it's an inexpensive accessory. Others looking for a proper replacement camera cable to replace the OEM, please check carefully & choose accordingly.
