Delavier's Core Training Anatomy

Very helpful
I brought this as I suffer with a bad lower back and a physio said I needed to strengthen my core to help with this. So brought this to help know what exercises I need to do and correct form so I don't hurt myself. This book is very clear and alot of detailed illustrations. I would recommend this for anyone looking for more knowledge and begginers for training in or out of the gym.

Well worth the money
There is a mass of information in this book, identifying different workout and training regimes to improve core fitness. It includes individual exercises for specific muscle groups as well as programmes for sports specific training. As a personal trainer, this is very valuable for prescribing exercises for my clients, however it is also easy to follow for the layman looking to improve their core fitness.It's not the first of mr Delavier's books I've bought and it won't be the lastThoroughly recommended

Not a bad book very informative and well written brings about some interesting facts about the anatomy, which i feel when performing many exercises people should take into consideration and avoid injury.

Core Training Anatomy
This is a great book for fitness fanatics who want to achieve a perfectly sculptured and toned body. This shows each muscle and how they all work in conjunction with the weights and levers used at the gym. The graphic pictures are drawn using the bare muscle structure so you can see the muscles as they develop. I would really recommend this for people who are really enthused about achieving the perfect body.

Brilliant
This book may have been written several years ago but it’s an understandable beautifully illustrated easy to follow text book for core workouts. Wether a beginner or expert this book is a must. You can set your own workouts or follow one of many already worked out for various results.

Good Books, no nonsense.
I am now stronger, faster and fitter, my knowledge is increased. The book is easy to understand and explains the excercises very well as well as highlighting correct techniques and possibility of injuries. Best of all the book also advises of excercise to avoid.

Great Book
I got this for my multi-gym as I like to read about keeping my body in good healthy conditions and how to do it without eating crap. I would Recommend these books for anyone to look after their health.
