Broke after a few uses
Realized during final phase of the assembly that the insulating product was defective and had a hole in the corner. Unfortunately, things got busy and it was too troublesome to return so I decided to give it a try anyways.The steam device has been faulty since day one. The hose has to be precisely in the right position for the steam to blow into the “room”.The cheap plastic lid broke after a few uses, as it is absurdly difficult to open up the water reservoir without damaging the heat-stressed cheap, thin plastic. It would be nice to have gotten a replacement lid sent at the very least.Additionally, the flimsy remote is quite useless as there is no screen to tell whether the buttons pressed actually did anything.Poor product overall. Broken upon arrival.
