Really impressive tool. very good loppers - can cut through things with ease. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Felco quality and all the parts replaceable and can be sharped if necessary.

Strong and heavy duty
This is very sturdy and also quite heavy, so needs reasonable strength to be able to use it. Superb quality. Ideal for cutting off small branches etc, but due to the heavy weight, easier to use on low down growth near the ground. Very sharp and cuts well.

World's Best Loppers
In the past I have purchased other cheaper loppers which have had good reviews but they always blunt sooner or later. My first purchase of a Felco lopper was a 231 anvil many years ago. Amazingly the blades have never needed sharpened after a large number of jobs. These bypass loppers have already done some difficult jobs but remain very sharp. The handles are very strong so a great deal of pressure can be applied.

Worth the money
I put these to the test by chopping some inch thick conifer branches. They went through them with ease.Yes they’re expensive but that’s why they perform so well. Personally I like the weight and they feel well balanced.Interestingly I had some professionals in this week to do some of the serious stuff and they were using Falco loppers, says it all really.Spend the extra and never buy another pair again.

Strong heavy lopper
Very good quality loppers. They are strong but heavy and you really feel the vibration of the cut through the handles as dry wood breaks. For big tasks they are invaluable. For most ordinary pruning Fiskars 78s do just as well, are much lighter and less tiring to use, and you feel no vibration. I have both and use the fiskars most of the time.

A cut above the average
This was without doubt a first class piece of kit. Expensive but when it is put to the purpose ot is just in a different league to cheaper alternatives.#I would be very surprised if this pruning shear ever needed re[placement parts. I only ever buy Felco secateurs and lopping cutters as I know they are 100% fit for the purpose.

Just what a pair of loppers should be
These are obviously expensive... but definitely worth the money. Very well built and with the ability to replace parts should last forever even if something does fail so I feel they still represent excellent value for money. They make all other loppers look like cheap toys.

Tip top.
As per my previous experiences with Felco this is top quality tool made to be extremely effective and last. A bit heavy but that's what quality construction gets you.
