Fair price
After extensive shopping around, these are the best value I could find for my needs. I've bought 2 so far and will likely buy more. One got a little dinged up in shipping, but it was perfectly functional and met my needs.To address the other 1 star review, Intel 10th gen processors do reduce their speed to save power when it's not needed, this is likely why they saw the low speed. Also, Dell didn't do a great job cooling these PC's, so as heat increases on the CPU from heavy workloads, they will throttle to keep within their temperature limits. The only way I could see that as being a refurbisher issue is if they removed the CPU cooler and didn't properly apply new thermal paste.

Very Pleased
I am very happy with my purchase of this refurbished computer. It arrived very quickly - a week before Amazon said it would. It was very clean and in perfect shape. It came with an Intel Core I5-10500 running at 3.10 GHz just as described. The RAM and SSD were new and the seller also included a new keyboard and mouse along with a video cable and an adapter. It also included a legit Microsoft COA and product key for the Windows that was installed. I would recommend this seller and would order from them again in the future.

advertised as 3.1ghz but its only 2.3ghz for the processor
product shows up to 4.5 ghz on turbo 3.1 ghz on standard setting but its only running at 2.3 ghz
